Do I need a Certified or Notarized Translation?
If you are submitting the documents for Immigration Purposes within the U.S., you should obtain only a Certified Translation which costs $29 per page and is guaranteed to be accepted for all immigration purposes.
If you are submitting the documents for Educational Purposes such as having your High School Transcripts, Foreign Diplomas and etc. translated, the safest option is to get the Notarized Translation, as we will work with the Educational Institutions to ensure that the translation is accepted.
If you are submitting the documents for Government Purposes such as having you’re your Driver License Translated for the DMV, having your divorce certificate translated for General Courts and etc., the safest option is to get the Notarized Translation. We are more than happy to accommodate any special certification requests.
Some Universities and Government agencies may be willing to accept an Electronic Certified translation. You should check with the institution that you are submitting your documents to whether they need a Notarized (Original) Certification or If Electronic Certification are accepted. We will be more than happy to send the Certified Translation directly to any contact at the University or Government Agencies that you need us to.

The Apostille that is issued also needs to be Certified Translated into the local language of the country where you are taking the documents to.

What if additional Certification is needed?
Some Government Agencies, such as the DMV they may require their own Certificates Of Accurate Translation to be notarized and certified in addition to the Alliance Business Solutions LLC Certificate. We will gladly accommodate any special request by agencies and provide you the Certification which you need. If the certification is requested after we have mailed you the original documents, you will be required to pay a $7.99 fee for additional mailing and certification.
What type of translation do I need for Canadian Immigration?
If you are submitting the documents for Canadian Immigration Purposes within the Canada, you will need a Notarized Translation which costs $49 per page. This includes free regular mail shipping to Canada. If you wish to upgrade to priority mail shipping to Canada, there will be an additional fee of $10.
